Val was so good at running me through everything, and I didn’t speak to Ken until the project was nearly done when we ran into a little hiccup with the design that was unexpected, that was my designers fault and not Flawless. Ken very quickly handled the situation, having Val provide me with solutions and they corrected it the same day and even got me my van back 1-2 days before I originally anticipated."
