2.2 What CarWrapHub Does NOT Provide

CarWrapHub is a directory platform only. We do not:

• Provide Installation Services: We do not provide, perform, or warranty any car wrap installation services
• Employ Installers: Installers listed on our platform are independent third-party businesses
• Control Installers: We do not supervise, direct, or control how installers conduct their business or perform their services
• Process Payments: All payments for services are handled directly between you and the installer
• Guarantee Results: We do not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, or timeliness of installer services
• Verify Credentials: While we prioritize certified installers, we do not independently verify licenses, certifications, or qualifications

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 For Users Requesting Quotes

When using CarWrapHub to request quotes, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful, complete, and accurate contact information and service requirements
• Act in Good Faith: Only request quotes for services you are genuinely interested in obtaining
• Respond Appropriately: Communicate professionally and respectfully with installers who respond to your request
• Verify Installers: Conduct your own due diligence, including verifying licenses, insurance, certifications, and references
• Negotiate Directly: Understand that all pricing, terms, and service agreements are between you and the installer
• Use Legally: Not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to solicit illegal services

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated tools or scripts
• Use bots, crawlers, or any automated means to access the Service
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity
• Submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading quote requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.

4. Business Listing Accuracy and Verification

4.1 Information Sources

Installer listings on CarWrapHub are compiled from:

• Google Places API (publicly available business data)
• Business websites and other public sources
• User-submitted corrections and updates

4.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

4.3 Your Verification Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Verifying all installer information before engaging their services
• Confirming current business licenses and insurance coverage
• Validating any claimed certifications (3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon, etc.)
• Checking references and reviewing past work
• Negotiating all terms, pricing, and service agreements directly with installers
• Ensuring installers meet your specific requirements and standards
• Conducting appropriate due diligence before making any commitments

4.4 Reporting Inaccuracies

If you discover inaccurate or outdated information in a listing, please report it to info@carwraphub.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update information but cannot guarantee accuracy or immediate corrections.

5. Quote Request Terms

5.1 How Quote Requests Work

When you submit a quote request through CarWrapHub:

1. You select which installers will receive your request
2. Your contact information and service details are sent to those installers via email
3. Installers may contact you directly to provide quotes and discuss your project
4. You negotiate all terms, pricing, and scheduling directly with installers
5. CarWrapHub is not involved in the transaction, agreement, or service delivery

5.2 No Guarantee of Response

Installers are not required to respond to quote requests. Response rates vary based on:

• Installer availability and current workload
• Whether your project fits the installer's service offerings
• Your location relative to the installer's service area
• The complexity or scope of your requested services
• Installer business practices and preferences

CarWrapHub does not control, influence, or guarantee installer responses.

5.3 Privacy of Quote Requests

Your quote request information is shared only with the installers you select. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

6. Reviews and Ratings

6.1 Google-Sourced Reviews

Ratings and reviews displayed on CarWrapHub are sourced from Google Places and are subject to:

• Google's Review Policies: Reviews are governed by Google's terms and policies, not ours
• Third-Party Verification: Reviews are verified by Google, not CarWrapHub
• Potential Inaccuracies: Reviews may be outdated, biased, or not representative of current business performance
• No Control: We do not moderate, edit, filter, or control Google reviews

6.2 Review Disclaimer

Reviews and ratings are provided for informational purposes only. CarWrapHub:

• Does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of reviews
• Is not responsible for review content or opinions expressed
• Does not endorse any installer based on their reviews
• Cannot guarantee reviews reflect current business quality or practices

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

CarWrapHub expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability: No warranty that the Service is suitable for any particular purpose
• Fitness for Purpose: No warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements
• Uninterrupted Service: No warranty that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free

Installers listed on CarWrapHub are independent third-party businesses. CarWrapHub:

• Does not endorse, recommend, or vouch for any specific installer
• Is not responsible for installer actions, services, conduct, or business practices
• Does not guarantee installer availability, pricing, or service quality
• Is not party to any agreements between users and installers

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Types of Damages Excluded

CarWrapHub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Including consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
• Economic Losses: Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Installer-Related Damages: Any damages resulting from installer services, conduct, performance, or business practices
• Service Issues: Damages from service interruptions, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Data Issues: Damages from loss of data, unauthorized access, or data breaches
• Third-Party Actions: Damages caused by third parties, including installers, other users, or external actors

8.2 Maximum Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CarWrapHub in the 12 months preceding the claim.

As the Service is currently free to users, this amount is $0.

8.3 Installer Relationships

Any disputes, claims, or issues with installers are solely between you and the installer. CarWrapHub is not responsible for:

• Quality, workmanship, or results of installation services
• Pricing disputes or payment issues
• Scheduling conflicts or delays
• Damage to your vehicle or property
• Breach of contract or warranty by installers
• Installer misconduct, fraud, or negligence

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CarWrapHub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions, agreements, or disputes with installers
• Any content or information you submit to the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities you engage in

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@carwraphub.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to reach a mutually agreeable resolution within 30 days.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except as provided below.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with CarWrapHub on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

10.5 Small Claims Court Exception

Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify and remain in small claims court.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 CarWrapHub Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by CarWrapHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11.3 Third-Party Content

Business information and reviews are sourced from third parties (primarily Google Places) and remain the property of their respective owners. We display this information under applicable terms and licenses.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct
• Excessive or automated use of the Service
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Changes take effect immediately for new users
• Changes take effect 30 days after posting for existing users
• For material changes, we will provide prominent notice on our website

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
